Enable Airplane Mode

    Below is a step-by-step guide on how to enable airplane mode on iOS devices.

    NOTE: This process can be used when you are having trouble with the Add Thermostat process

    Step 1

    NOTE: if you are on a call, please hang up before performing this step.

    Swipe down from the top right corner of your scree.n

    Locate the Airplane icon.

    Select the airplane icon.

    Select the Wi-Fi icon.

    This will turn off mobile data while still allowing you to connect to the thermostat’s Wi-Fi network.
